Position title: Senior Executive Field Operations (DG Khan)

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Telecom)

Experience: Overall 5 – 7 years of experience in managing telecom network operations

Location: DG Khan

overall responsibilities:

• Maintaining the Network Availability and other KPIs of the network
• 24 / 7 O&M services for fault correction and site outage rectification
• Ensure proper Preventive Maintenance routines on sites to ensure fault prevention
• Manage Security and fuelling of Radio Access Network Cell Sites
• OPEX Controls; Ensure site Energy costs and FLM costs are under fair limits
• Vendor Management; Ensuring vendors are meeting their contractual KPIs & SLA; Evaluation and monitoring contract performance to determine need for contract amendments or extensions and compliance with contractual obligations.  Invoicing, penalty discussions and payment
