Description

  • Communication and coordination with the Project Management Unit.
  • Knowledge of the project targets, and key performance indicators including both input and outcome-based with specific timelines.
  • Preparation of detailed Project Implementation Plan (defining all activities, tasks, and sub-tasks and responsible persons/teams).
  • Facilitate the HANDS Finance team in the Preparation of the Project Financial Plan (according to the PIP and then the internal cost plan) with the support of the finance team.
  • Close coordination with all concerns GMs and the program teams assigned project-related tasks.
  • Continuous oversight of all project activities and tasks daily.
  • Monitor and supervise LHV in the field.
  • Preparation of weekly updates and monthly updates for quick assessment of performance.
  • Supervision and Monitoring of field-level activities including MARVI Worker performance.
  • Organizing /conducting job sessions for MWs and health-related events at the district level.
  • Close coordination with the District line department.
  • Participate in District Technical Committee Meeting (DTC) and other health-related forums at the district level.
  • Ability to travel on short notice.
  • Achieve the targets timely.
  • Must have a computer and report writing skills.

District MIS/Communication Officer

Description

  • Ensure the Data Entry daily.
  • Take data backup daily
  • Handover hard copies to the Project Coordinator in routine and report any errors/bugs.
  • Maintain update the Data/ MIS record.
  • Provide support in establishing and updating an M&E tracking database;
  • Assistance in monitoring and evaluation and data collection
  • Assist in analyzing and compiling data to measure the progress and impact of projects’ activities;
  • Participate in and coordinate the timely collection and analysis of all project Program performance data.
  • Provide day-to-day verifying data quality and ensure all data is input into the database platform and analyzed in an integrity manner;
  • Develop and maintain a data management system using Excel, or other data management and analysis software;
  • Develop and maintain database backup and filing systems;
  • Undertake visits to the field throughout the project, as needed to support and or supervise data collection or verify data quality;
  • Prepare reports of project data, as required for reporting;
  • Contribute to the documentation of program events such as meetings, events, and workshops;
  • Facilitation to donors in their monitoring visits to the project areas
  • Facilitate third-party monitoring teams by the donors.
  • Under the supervision of the Documentation coordinator and District Project Manager, perform other tasks as required
  • Provide data /Reports to manager M&ER on regular basis.
  • Facilitate in preparing, updating, achieving, and presenting the AIP and AFP of the assigned project.
  • Any other duty as assigned by immediate supervisor.

Description

  • Plans and implements all phases of evaluation and research studies, including study design, sampling, quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis, and reporting in coordination with the respective project head.
  • Prepares and implements contracts for evaluation, research, and assessment projects in coordination with the GM M, E&R.
  • Writes proposals and applications for evaluation, research, and assessment projects, including the development of project design, timelines, staffing, and budgets.
  • Develops and presents assessment and accountability data as required, and Assists data in understanding and using it for program/project improvement;
  • Plans to convene and facilitate meetings with the project team and other officials as required.
  • Provides guidance and support to District Office, staff.
  • Preparing and presenting the monthly/quarterly /annual reports.
  • Recommend and implement ways of improving the collection of information and the results.
  • Check on the quality and integrity of the data used and advise on improvements if necessary
  • Effective liaison with the project/program team on evaluation methodology and compliance with all organizational requirements
  • Systems are used regularly and consistently to support the planning and monitoring of work.
  • Provision of data to meet project and specified deadlines.
  • Consistency in data collection approach across all projects/programs.
  • To have supervisory visits to DOs and project/program sites if required.
  • Promote HAND’s vision and mission and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports of respective assignments to HOD M, E&R.
  • Any other duty as assigned by the supervisor for the best of the organization.
