Pakistan Refinery Limited is a well-reputed organization in the oil and gas industry, with major shareholding by Pakistan state Oil (PSO). PRL is engaged in a multi-million-dollor Refinery Expansion & Upgradation Project and currentlly is in the Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) Phase.

PRL is looking for highly professional, self-motivated and energetic individual to become part of their dynamic team for the Refinery Expansion & Upgradation Project.

The fallowing positions are available on One Year Contract (renewable).

⇒LEAD PROCESS ENGINEER/LEAD OFFSITES & UTILITIES ENGINEER

Responsible for Feed process design specialization, Licensor documents & drawings linear programming HAZOP & SIL studies etc. Must have in-depth knowledge of applicable codes, standers process software like HYSYS, ASPEN  Plus, pipeline studio etc.

Bechelors in chemical Engineering, having 10+ years experience of Oil and Gas or Manufacturing Plant.

⇒LEAD STATIC & PIPING ENGINEER

Responsible for feed engineering and technical specification, cost estimation, detail design stress & flexibility analysis and metallurgy selection to required applicable standers. Profit with design tools i.e BJAC, PV Elite, Tank CAESAR, COMPRESS etc.

Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering having 10+ years experience of mechanical design and engineering in the Refining or petrochemical industry.

⇒LEAD ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Responsible for FEED engineering and technical specification, cost estimation, conceptual design & drawings etc, to required applicable standers. Responsible for HAZOP, LOPA , SIL studies etc. Profit with design tools i.e. SKM,  AVEVA, ETAP, SPEL etc.

Bachelors in electrical Engineering having 10+ years experience of electrical design and engineering in the Refining or petrochemical industry.

⇒LEAD PROJECT CONTROL ENGINEER

Responsible for FEED project Management plan, progress monitoring activities forecasts cash flows etc. Hands on experience of Primavera P/6 Microsoft Project. PMP Certification is highly desirable.

Bachelors in electrical/mechanical Engineering having 10+ years experience in the Refining or petrochemical industry.

⇒LEAD OPERATIONS ENGINEER

Responsible for feed operation philosophy with inputs to process design covering write-ups procedures and technical details with ease of operability and reliabilty. Must have experience studies like HAZOP, HAZAN, ESIA, QRA,PSSR, and review of 3d model.

Bachelors in chemical engineering having 10+ years experience of oil & gas or manufacturing plant.

⇒DOCUMENT CONTROL  

Responsible for feed document & drawing control, distribution, Document Management system etc. Hands on experience of related design & drafting software for generation of drawings, isometrics/layout etc.

Bachelors in Engineering having 10+ years experience related experience.

⇒MANAGER CONTRACTS & PROCUREMENT

Responsible for contract management for FEED and EPC phase of the projects in the with company policies and contract obligations. Experienced in cost estimation, contractual risk analysis, conflict management etc.

Bachelors in Engineering or MBA, having 15+ years experience in mega project of refining or Petrochemical industry
