SENIOR MANAGEMENT POSITION IN OIL & GAS SECTOR

Our client, a large Public Listed company and a key player in the oil and gas sector, is seeking to induct dynamic and qualified professionals on the following senior management positions:


General Manager (Strategic Business Unit -Balochistan)

Key Responsibilities:

  • To act as the custodian of Strategic Business Unit (SBUS) distribution network and ensure smooth and efficient supply of gas to all types of consumers.
  •  To prepare the Revenue and Capital Budgets of the SBU.
  •  To implement management policies for efficient and secure operations of Distribution Network (Operations &Maintenance) and Distribution Development,
  • To plan and ensure minimum UFG losses throughout the SBU network.
  • To do strategic planning and Load Management of gas during periods of shortage.
  • To monitor the sales activity in the SBU in order to meet the given targets for new connections; Domestic, Commercial and Industrial.
  • To ensure and monitor monthly joint meter calibration between
  • Transmission and Distribution meters.
  • To closely monitor the recoveries from the defaulters in the SBU.
  • To strategically plan for combating crisis and unforeseen changes in operational scenarios.

Qualifications & Experience:

Engineering Graduate, preferably Mechanical Engineer with at least 14 years of post-qualification experience including 4 years experience in Oil & Gas sector, preferably in downstream.


General Manager (Medical Services)

Key Responsibilities:

  • To effectively monitor and control over all administrative services including outside panel services, timely billing, housekeeping, ER and ambulance services and optimal utilization of In house advance services, technology thus obtaining quality care in cost-effective manner.
  • To ensure effective, efficient and cost effective care by uniform disease protocol and optimal use of in-house resources eg in-house consultants /base line investigations clinic audit.
  • To direct, supervise and evaluate provision of Medical Services and related personnel within the Company and monitor the use of diagnostic services, facilities and staff to ensure effectiveness and optimization of resources and quality of care provided
  • To plan and implement program and services of all Company maintained health care facilities within the franchise area including personnel administration, training and coordination of medical staff.
  • To carry out Implementation of health policies and procedure ensuring transparency and accountability for all services by use of strict financial and procedural checks at all levels.
  • To ensure disease prevention and health promotion through health awareness programs, early detection and timely intervention thus reducing morbidity and mortality.

Qualifications & Experience:

MBBS degree, Having MCPS or FCPS / FRCP will be an added advantage. Minimum 14 years of relevant experience required.

Senior Instrument Engineer – EPCL

Job Purpose:

Senior Instrument Engineer will be responsible for Instrumentation and Control System evaluations and feasibility studies of new projects with the business development team.

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Formulating Instrumentation and Control Systems scope for Project Evaluations and do CAPEX calculations and Front-End Engineering of the project.
  • Carry out correspondence with vendors for technical proposals of instrumentation, control valves, control systems, package units, their technical and financial evaluation, ensuring application of site applicable standards, engineering and process specifications and quality aspects.
  • Information of compatibility of Instrumentation with application and service.
  • Understanding of hazardous area classification and IP rating of Instrumentation and control panels.
  • To maintain drawings / documents & help ensure that they are updated. Ensure availability of these documents at respective area of work.
  • Design or modify documentation, drawings and logics to improve and ensure engineering specifications and standards.
  • Facilitating and interpreting technical safety studies including QRA, FERA, EERA, Facility Siting, Bow-Ties, HAZOPs, LOPA, FMEA and SIL assessments.
  • Ensure coverage of Instrumentation Scope of projects and compliance to process requirements and engineering standards.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with supervisor, other operators and plant personnel.
  • Must be able to understand and execute complex written and oral instructions and relay instructions to other employees.
  • Demonstrate initiatives and be able to work with little supervision.

Experience requirements:

Instrument and Controls Engineer with 5-8 years of relevant experience in I&C of oil & gas, refinery, petrochemicals, or fertilizer plant.

Process Engineer (Chlor Alkali) – EPCL

Job Purpose:

Process Engineer works as an audit and  support function to manufacturing division for safe and efficient production, he is also responsible for carrying out required modifications, corresponding with Licensors & vendors, formulating stewardship reports reviewing the financial and operating performance of the company’s manufacturing division.

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Hands on experience in Contact Process Engineering, technical audits of operations
  • Able to identify operational, efficiency and reliability gaps and generate recommendations to improve
  • Experienced in monitoring and generating recommendations to optimize Plant Operating Indices
  • Identify safety, efficiency and reliability CAPEX projects, develop business cases and lead through
  • Detail oriented mind with focus on safety and compliance to codes and standards in developing modifications
  • Sound in engineering software Aspen Hysys, Aspen EDR, KORF, KG Tower and PIPEFLOW
  • Strong inclination towards open communication & willingness to identify concern areas to manager
  • Ability to prepare and manage important data for relevant stakeholders and department
  • Absolute understanding & practice of ethical business & professional conduct

Experience requirements:

Chemical Engineer with 2-4 years of relevant experience in Process Engineering of Oil & gas, refinery, petrochemicals, or fertilizer plant
