DEPUTY DIRECTOR MARKETING AND RESOURCE MOBILIZATION

Position Summary

  • Develop and deliver marketing and resource mobilization strategies for both entities, that
    niquely differentiate both entities amongst their competitors in the market;
  • To develop and implement policies and plans, strategic priorities and operating procedures related to the marketing Fundraising functions;
  • To collaborate with internal and external partners to create and implement marketing fundraising and corporate image building campaigns using a variety of communication mediums.

While the incumbent will be responsible specifically for marketing and resource mobilization of FMH and FMH College of Medicine & Dentistry, s/he will work in coordination with marketing unit heads of other unit heads of NUR-Fatima Memorial System, to messaging that is unified for the Group but differentiated by entity.

Required Skill Set

  • Master’s Degree with specialization in Marketing/ Public Relations or a related discipline:
  • 7 to 10 years experience in communications, marketing, advertising, promotional and
    corporate image building campaigns at a comparable private sector health care
    institution;
  • Demonstrated leadership, project management and analytical skills, and experience in
    preparing marketing budgets, and variance reports is required.

JOB TITLE

Assistant General Manager, Human Resource & Administration

ABOUT THE ROLE

The ideal candidate will be a result oriented professional with solid experience in human resource management, administration and training and development. He/she would be aware of best and current industry practices in Human Resources and must have a demonstrated track record of successfully developing and implementing an effective Human Resource Management system. The AGM would provide strategic human resource leadership and would plan, lead, develop, coordinate and implement policies and strategies for Employee Resourcing, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Relations and Support as well as training initiatives and employee surveys to support the organization’s human resource needs, while ensuring compliance to all applicable laws.

On the administration side, the role is responsible for all areas of logistics, general office administration, health and safety and vehicles management.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

The candidate must have at least 12 years of post qualification experience including 4 years of relevant experience in
a similar role. He/she must have an MBA with Majors in Human Resources,or hold a Master of Human Resource Management (HRM) or Management Sciences degree from a reputable HECrecognized university with preferably an SHRM certification.

Foreign, relevant qualification in the same disciplines will be an added advantage.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The role of the Manager, Human Resources is to enable Trans Karachi to achieve its objectives by proactively taking initiatives, providing guidance and support and deliver effective services on all Human Resource matters across the Company.

She will be required to assist AGM Human Resource, in drafting policies and processes for Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment and Selection as well as Retaining and Managing staff to ensure diversity and equal opportunity across the board. Additionally, the selected candidate willbe responsible for implementing and managing the Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS) for timely retrieval of employee information and analysis.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

The candidate must have at least 7 years of relevant experience in Human Resource, including 3 years at a mid-level management position. She must have an MBA with Majors in Human Resources, or a degree in Management Sciences or related discipline from an HEC recognized university. Foreign qualifications will be an added advantage.
