EMPLOYMENT AND BOND PERIOD

After successful completion of 3 years training, candidate may
be offered a job in SUPARCO subject to requirement and
performance of the candidate in three years training. Candidateswho are offered job will have to accept the offer to serve for aminimum period of 5 years.

ELIGIBILITY

Qualification : SSC (Science Group only) passed with minimum Marks: candidates awaiting Matric result also apply with minimum 68% Marks in 9th Class, however, SSC Marks Sheet would be required on written test day.

Age; Born between 29-Aug-2005 and 28-Aug-2007 (both dates inclusive)

Fitness Medically Fit

SITUATION VACANT

Applications are invited from eligible candidates as per the eligibility criteria mentioned against each for the following posts in the “Establishment of National Curriculum Council (NCC) Secretariat” PSDP project located in Islamabad. The posts are to be filled purely on contract basis as per Standard Pay Package 2021 for PSDP funded project staff.   • Download bank Fee Challan while registering for the test at etc.hec.gov.pk.(Fee Challan is only available o online registration portal).
  • Test fee of Rs. 1500/- is to be deposited in the account No. 17427900133401. Account Title Higher Education commission, Habib Bank Limited, Branch Code: 1742. All candidates are required to uple Paid & Scanned Fee challan, duly stamped by an HBL branch, while completing the application form of ETC online registration portal to submit the application.
  • The test fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Note: It is Mandatory to bring original applicant copy of paid fee challan on a test, day along with your Original CNIC/Original Passport, otherwise candidate will not be allowed to sit in the exam.
  • Intimation about date and venue of the test shall be communicated electronically through SMS/ Email or the candidate only.

JOB TITLE

Assistant General Manager, Human Resource & Administration

ABOUT THE ROLE

The ideal candidate will be a result oriented professional with solid experience in human resource management, administration and training and development. He/she would be aware of best and current industry practices in Human Resources and must have a demonstrated track record of successfully developing and implementing an effective Human Resource Management system. The AGM would provide strategic human resource leadership and would plan, lead, develop, coordinate and implement policies and strategies for Employee Resourcing, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Relations and Support as well as training initiatives and employee surveys to support the organization’s human resource needs, while ensuring compliance to all applicable laws.

On the administration side, the role is responsible for all areas of logistics, general office administration, health and safety and vehicles management.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

The candidate must have at least 12 years of post qualification experience including 4 years of relevant experience in
a similar role. He/she must have an MBA with Majors in Human Resources,or hold a Master of Human Resource Management (HRM) or Management Sciences degree from a reputable HECrecognized university with preferably an SHRM certification.

Foreign, relevant qualification in the same disciplines will be an added advantage.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The role of the Manager, Human Resources is to enable Trans Karachi to achieve its objectives by proactively taking initiatives, providing guidance and support and deliver effective services on all Human Resource matters across the Company.

She will be required to assist AGM Human Resource, in drafting policies and processes for Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment and Selection as well as Retaining and Managing staff to ensure diversity and equal opportunity across the board. Additionally, the selected candidate willbe responsible for implementing and managing the Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS) for timely retrieval of employee information and analysis.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

The candidate must have at least 7 years of relevant experience in Human Resource, including 3 years at a mid-level management position. She must have an MBA with Majors in Human Resources, or a degree in Management Sciences or related discipline from an HEC recognized university. Foreign qualifications will be an added advantage.
