The potential candidate will be required to undertake the following responsibilities:
- Meet assigned targets for Bitumen sales
- Verbal/Written Correspondence with customers regarding Annual/Monthly Demand of the desired Bitumen Grades
- Verbal/Written Correspondence with customers regarding product quality, availability, test reports, pricing, shortage and other related issues
- Liaison with Logistics team for timely supplies in case of Door step basis supplies.
- Liaison with customers regarding timely product supplies and other related issues
- Process customer account opening requests and refund processing
- Prepare Bitumen sales trend analysis and sales forecast
- Conduct market surveys in order to determine competitor’s pricing and product upliftment trends
- Prepare price working for various customers as per terms of agreement
- Prepare documents for tenders raised by FWO, NLC, Govt entities etc.
- Submission of price quotation/notification to customers.
- Customer visit as and when needed
- Take customer calls regarding day to day issues and resolve them timely.
- Prepare, update and maintain the Sales Reports as per the instructions of line manager
- Assume other duties as assigned by the line manager
