Job Description:

The potential candidate will be required to undertake the following responsibilities:
- Responsible for business development in fuel card business segment.
- Preparation of feasibility report for prospects as well as business proposal and submission of these proposals to government and private sector organizations against enquiries.
- Visit of existing and potential clients.
- Achievement of the monthly sales targets. Developing a business plan covering sales revenue to meet sales targets and promoting the organization’s presence throughout Pakistan.
- Induction of new customers and liaison with all relevant department till new customer is inducted in the APL system.
- To ensure timely receipt of payments from credit customers.
- Coordination and management of day to day activities within department and resolution of customers’ issues in coordination with various stakeholders. Streamlining processes and systems (wherever possible).
- To implement SOP’s about customer’s complaints and their resolution through helpline.
- Training of Fuel station’s fillers regarding functions of POS Machine and Fuel Cards at retail fuel stations including COCO sites.
- Managing daily customer operations, handling of issues effectively & coordination with related departments for resolution of issues/ complaints as early as possible.
- Coordination with COCO/Dealer Site Managers and the customers for resolution of Fleet Card related issues.
- Assist to Manager in the development of the annual sales targets advising on realistic sales forecasts (based on historical data, market trends, competitor analysis, promotional strategy and sales efforts).
- To establish and manage key customer accounts & control the payment terms offered to them ensuring profitability of the company.
- To ensure that all customers’ ledgers are up to date and error free and reflect balance in line with customer’s outstanding amount.
- To act as focal point to handle and solve all issues faced by any customer with reference to product delivery, product availability, onsite technical issues, payments, invoicing and ledger etc.
- To liaison with Retail Sales team for the efficient card operations and to route the customers to retail site recommended by retail sales team for fuel collection.
