Job Description
Qualification / Experience
– Master in Business Administration (MBA)/MSc in Management from any HEC recognized university.
– Minimum Five (05) years’ experience in university Administration including Human Resource, Transport, Supply Chain, Mess Management, Protocol Duties, Event Management and Accounts in any renowned/recognized university.
Key Responsibilities
– Able to understand Human Resource problems, Transport related terms and problems, supply chain and requirement of Messing, Hostels and Guest Rooms, requirements of holding big events such as Convocation, Lunch/ Dinner over 1000 strength, administrative requirement of conduct of exams and other protocol duties and requirements.
– Identify training needs and deliver training if required to staff.
– Ability to get things done efficiently and effectively.
– Demonstrate ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced dynamic academic/education environment and to recruit and retain high quality administrative staff
– Ability to work with multiple priorities at the same time and handle unexpected situations successfully
– Have a flexible approach to work and creates a positive environment through own passion and energy
– Good communication and interpersonal skills.
– Well conversant with MS Office, Excel and power point.
– Physically fit to perform the duties pertaining to the position.

Branch Manager – Across Pakistan

JOB PURPOSE

To prepare and implement strategies for building and managing a sustainable Islamic liability portfolio by leading a team of Relationship Managers to achieve liability growth targets in compliance with regulatory / bank policies and shariah principles.

Leadership

  • Lead a team of RMs and SRMs by setting individual targets for achieving the unit’s liability growth targets.

New Business

  • Identify new-to-bank clients and engage with these clients along with RM / SRM to book new liability accounts.

Branch Supervision

  • Supervision of various branch functions including operations trade and credit to ensure compliance with bank and regulatory policies.

Existing Bank Islami Client Business

  • Prepare and Implant strategies in coordination with Corporate and Commercial to market Islamic liability products to existing Bank Islamic clients for liability portfolio growth.

Shariah Compliance

  • Coordination with Shariah for structuring of products in line with client requirements to ensure that shariah compliant solutions are offered to clients.

Account Opening review and approvals

  • Review all account opening requests to ensure that all regulatory, bank and shariah requirements are being met.

Coordination

  • Create a working relationship between operations, credit and marketing to improve service to clients.

Customer visits

  • Regular visits to the clients to identify Islamic banking requirements and obtain feedback regarding services being provided by the Bank.

Employee Development / Assessment

  • Guide, Counsel and advise Relationship Managers and associates in their duties.
  • Follow and embody Bank Islamic core values of excellence, meritocracy, integrity, customer focus and progressiveness.
  • Prepare annual goals and appraisals of all direct reports / identify training needs/ incentives to staff to enhance employee motivation and engagement.

Personal Skill development

  • Attend seminars / trainings to ensure skill development.

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or relevant field of study.

Minimum experience

  • 5+ years’ banking experience in branch sales.

District Project Manager

Qualification: Master’s in Social Sciences or equivalent
Experience: 2-3 years of work experience as a Project manager.
Skills required: Interpersonal, communication, negotiation skills, Aptitude for financial reporting, Knowledge of IT software, and analytical skills.

Description

  • Communication and coordination with the Project Management Unit.
  • Knowledge of the project targets, and key performance indicators including both input and outcome-based with specific timelines.
  • Preparation of detailed Project Implementation Plan (defining all activities, tasks, and sub-tasks and responsible persons/teams).
  • Facilitate the HANDS Finance team in the Preparation of the Project Financial Plan (according to the PIP and then the internal cost plan) with the support of the finance team.
  • Close coordination with all concerns GMs and the program teams assigned project-related tasks.
  • Continuous oversight of all project activities and tasks daily.
  • Monitor and supervise LHV in the field.
  • Preparation of weekly updates and monthly updates for quick assessment of performance.
  • Supervision and Monitoring of field-level activities including MARVI Worker performance.
  • Organizing /conducting job sessions for MWs and health-related events at the district level.
  • Close coordination with the District line department.
  • Participate in District Technical Committee Meeting (DTC) and other health-related forums at the district level.
  • Ability to travel on short notice.
  • Achieve the targets timely.
  • Must have a computer and report writing skills.
