The basic aim of program is to impart essential financial education to Pakistan youth and school going children for strengthening of their money management skills and understanding of financial matters.

National financial Literacy Program for Youth brings an amazing opportunity under its virtual internship program for students to develop their leadership, strategic and communication skills.

Eligibility

NIBAF has launched “National Financial Literacy Program for Youth” to impact essential financial education to Pakistani youth and school going children for strengthening of their money management skills and enhanced their ynderstanding of financial matters. The program is targeting three age groups (School going children : age 9-12 years: Adolescent: age 13-17 years; Youth: age 18-29 years) across 45 selected districts of Pakistan including GB & AJK.

NIBAF aims at reaching out to 1.6 million children, adolescents and youth through classroom training and including 0.6 million through digital learning platform.

District Admin/ Finance Associate

No. of Positions: 05 Female/Male
Place of Posting: Lahore, Gujranwala, Attock, Shaikhupura and Khushab
Age Limit: 25-45 Years
Reporting Line: HOD Finance /Admin
Qualification: Graduate/Masters in Finance or equivalent
Experience: 2-3 years of work experience as an admin/finance person
Skills required: Interpersonal, communication, negotiation skills, Aptitude for financial reporting, Knowledge of IT software, and analytical skills.

Description

  • Responsible to produce the monthly financial reporting of the District office.
  • Provide technical support and optimal environment to District team members.
  • Coordinate & report to Head office for the program/project-related financial activities.
  • Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with the accepted policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all financial reporting deadlines to meet.
  • Prepare financial management reports at the District level.
  • Financial audit preparation and coordination of the District audit process.
  • Ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of expenses of the District office.
  • Analyze financial information to recommend or develop efficient use of resources and procedures, provide strategic recommendations and maintain solutions to financial problems.
  • Communicate all financial/Admin reports to the DEM and remain in contact with the HO Finance/Admin Dept.
  • Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations.
  • Motivates team to work together most efficiently.
  • Submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports of respective assignments to DEM and GM Finance/GM Admin.
  • Responsible to keep and maintain records of operation-related matters.
  • To look after departments’ requests regarding vehicles and office supplies.
  • To maintain the flow of supply chain management.
  • Coordinate with Head office officials and report to them all operational issues in the respective District.
  • Any other duty as assigned by the supervisor.

Description

  • Maintain day-to-day financial control of the service within budget heads.
  • Ensure that all finances are properly administered and monitored.
  • Support the HOD Finance in the provision of information for the Estimates.
  • Advise on the proper allocation of resources.
  • Ensure that appropriate financial regulations and controls are in place And in use at all times.
  • Prepare and review detailed budgets for projects/programs/departments for approval by the C.E in coordination with HOD Finance.
  • Make regular reports to the HOD Finance.
  • Ensure that all financial reporting obligations are met in relation to submissions for funding, grant aid, contracts, and any other Initiatives.
  • Ensure professionalism while performing routine tasks.
  • Support and monitor Financial activities at the District level.
  • Ensure, delegating as appropriate, that each service location is Adequately managed, staffed, and resourced.
  • Work in accordance with HANDS rules and regulations, and ensure completion of assigned work within the specified timeline.
  • Identify and implement plans for own training and development needs as well as for staff.
  • Submit monthly, quarterly and annual reports of respective assignments to HOD Finance.
  • Any other duty as assigned by immediate supervisor.
