Description

  • Identification of Marvi Workers as per criteria.
  • Conduct awareness sessions on MNCH-related problems and family planning.
  • Conduct 4 days of initial training for Marvi workers.
  • Participate in Women Group Meeting (WGM), conducted by Marvi workers.
  • Service provision (FP and RH Services) to the clients at the doorstep.
  • Follow up of the clients (Injectable and IUCD).
  • Referral Linkage in Tube ligation to a health care facility (public and private.)
  • Real-time monitoring and supervision of Marvi workers.
  • Ensure the supply and demand of Marvi workers.
  • Ensure timely stipend of Marvi workers with the support of DEM, and DFM.
  • On job session of Marvi workers to improve their knowledge.
  • Ensure Marvi workers MIS maintenance.
  • Continuous oversight of all project activities and tasks on a daily basis.
  • Preparation of weekly updates and monthly updates for quick assessment of performance.
  • Verification and Record-Keeping of clients generated at Private Clinics.
  • Community mobilization & advocacy.
  • Achieve the targets timely.
  • Any other duty as assigned by immediate supervisor.

Job Responsibilities

This position will be responsible to assist the Board in the process of introducing IT-related Trainings, Certifications and Diploma Courses. Collaborate with industry experts and consultants in designing, scheduling and conducting classroom style, virtual & e-learning Training sessions, Certifications and Diploma courses for various levels (beginners, intermediate and advanced). Develop and review training material including outlines, handouts, and other exercises. Gather feedback from trainees and instructors and make recommendations to the Board.

Job Specifications


The ideal candidate should be Masters in Finance and/or Accounting with related expertise and good knowledge of IT, having atleast 5 years of relevant working experience in a reputable organization.
