Minimum Qualification

Bachelors in Engineering from HEC recognized University. Master’s in Project Management from HEC recognized University as an additional qualification will be preferred.

Job Requirements & Responsibilities;

  • Manage and coordinate in deployment of solar sites.
  • Design and plan for standardization of power systems to reduce CAPEX/OPEX.
  • Ability to evaluate late proposal of energy solutions specifically in solar energy.
  • Ability to monitor load of power systems and suggest expansion plans to meet power requirement.

Position: Senior Executive Student Affairs (03 Positions)

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
•	Manage and assist team members in planning all student related events, workshops, and activities, including clubs/societies. 
•	Schedule all Clubs/Society events to ensure there are no overlaps; Manage the Event Calendar.
•	Support Senior Manager in managing student exchange programs, and international collaborations and partnerships.
•	Connect with universities and organizations for student-development programs and internships.
•	Supervise visits and meetings with foreign university and organization representatives, diplomats, and high-profile guests.
•	Plan for, and manage, student leadership, coaching, and peer programs.
•	Liaise and communicate with all departments, Schools, and faculty for student-related programs, including student employment, community service and volunteering.
•	Assist the team in planning for the Orientation and Welcome for new students.
•	Coordinate with the marketing department to develop marketing campaigns and material for Student Affairs.
•	Act as a one-stop-shop to connect students for academic, career, psychological, or general counseling.
•	Assist in developing/updating policies and SOPs regarding various initiatives. Also ensure that approved policies are communicated to all stakeholders.
•	Assist in developing a better student life experience for students and organize frequent townhalls, discussion forums, and surveys to stay connected with the student body.
•	Monitor the Student Affairs webpages and social media pages to ensure all information is up-to-date.
•	Manage and monitor documentation and records of all Student Affairs related events and activities.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
The incumbent shall have minimum bachelors’ degree from an HEC recognized institute with at least three years of work experience, preferably working for student development and activities.

COMPETENCIES:
•	Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
•	Proficient in use of MS Office.
